These Terms of Services govern your access to and use of Khadooj. By creating an account, posting a listing, or using the website, you agree to these terms and the Posting Policy.

1. Marketplace role

Khadooj provides an online classified ads platform that helps users publish and discover listings. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Khadooj is not the seller, buyer, landlord, tenant, employer, employee, agent, broker, delivery provider, or payment guarantor in a user-to-user transaction.

2. Accounts

• Provide accurate and current account information.
• Keep your password and account access secure.
• Do not share passwords or one-time codes.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
• Do not create accounts to impersonate others, evade restrictions, or conduct fraud.

3. Listings

You must own or be authorised to advertise what you post. Listings must be lawful, accurate, correctly categorised, and located in the UAE. Important defects, conditions, fees, and limitations must be disclosed. Prohibited content is described in the Posting Policy.

4. User conduct

Do not misuse Khadooj, interfere with the website, scrape data without permission, send spam, upload malicious content, collect personal information unlawfully, or use the platform for fraud, harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity.

5. Transactions and safety

Users are responsible for checking identities, ownership, condition, documents, prices, qualifications, and legal requirements before completing a transaction. Meet safely, inspect before paying, and report suspected fraud. Khadooj does not inspect every listing and cannot guarantee a user or transaction.

6. Listing plans and fees

Plan prices and included benefits are shown before submission. Paid benefits apply to the selected package and listing. Refund requests are handled under the Refund and Returns Policy.

7. Moderation

Khadooj may review, edit, reject, limit, remove, or suspend content and accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, the Posting Policy, applicable law, or community safety. Serious or repeated violations may result in account suspension.

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Khadooj permission to host, display, resize, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the marketplace. Do not upload content that infringes another person’s rights.

9. Availability and liability

The website is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change and access may occasionally be interrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Khadooj is not responsible for user-provided content or losses arising from transactions arranged between users.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service, law, or safety requirements. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
